This whole house renovation focused on all areas of the home. The scope of work included the kitchen, bathrooms, and all bedrooms, the addition of two bedrooms to enlarge the master and create a master bathroom, flooring, drywall, trim, and painting. Significant structural work was also completed that allowed us to remove a deteriorating fireplace and wall that divided the living room, dining room and kitchen. The style was offset with new tiles, and a granite counter-top. The removal of a bearing wall between the old kitchen and dining room opened up the space overlooking the many windows of the west of the house. The small bathroom had many issues with plumbing and structure. The entire space needed to be taken down to the studs and floor joists. The new space included a storage area behind the tub, a new window, porcelain tile with decorative accents. The new bathroom is now a more functional space with pleasing visual elements.
